Carnival, Reimagined: The Bacano Blue Devil Brunch Carnival has never been one-size-fits-all, and this season, Bacano Leaf and Bacano Bookshop are inviting revelers to experience it differently. Introducing the first-ever Bacano Blue Devil Brunch which is a bold cultural offering that reimagines the traditional Carnival brunch through the lens of art, heritage, and creative expression. A collaboration between Bacano Leaf and East Yard Enterprises the first ever Bacano ‘Blue Devil’ Brunch blends soca, Blue Devil mas, photography, visual art, food and live spoken word poetry into one immersive experience. This is not just a fete, but a celebration for creatives and lovers of our unique culture. Attendees can expect music by DJ Siah, live spoken word performances, Blue Devils in full character, and a special prize for the Most Fashionable Blue Devil. Brunch is included, coolers are welcomed, and the atmosphere is intentionally curated for lovers of culture, books, and the spoken word. Taking place on Sunday, February 8, with brunch beginning at 10:00 a.m., the event will be hosted at East Yard, 27 Prince Street, Arima.
